As Baku's lawyer points out, the police had no evidence of two of the three murders, and the third person he allegedly murdered was standing in the same room as him. It turned out, though, to be an Unishment for Baku. After spending four seasons as an Invincible Villain Protagonist Baku ended up getting caught by the police and was promptly arrested for murder, speeding in a neighborhood, and prank calling food services and was sentenced for thirty years.
